Creamy, Frothy, and Perfect for Your Morning Brew (+ best value usually)
The Califia Farms Organic Oat Barista Blend is a dream come true for plant-based milk lovers. It’s dairy-free, lactose-free, and has no added sugar, making it a fantastic choice for vegans or anyone looking for a healthier milk alternative. The texture is creamy and smooth, ideal for frothing into a silky foam that works wonders in lattes, cappuccinos, or even just poured into tea.Its subtle, natural sweetness complements coffee beautifully without overpowering it, and it doesn’t split or curdle like some plant-based milks can. The 1L cartons are convenient, and with six in the pack, you’re stocked up for a while, whether it’s for your daily brew or experimenting with oat-based recipes. If you’re after a versatile, organic oat milk that’s barista-approved and effortlessly enhances your coffee game, this one’s a winner. It’s so good, you might forget all about dairy — your morning cuppa will definitely thank you! ☕🌱

Best for Lattes!
I use this for my lattes and have tried a few different brands, but this one gives the best taste by far. It's rich and smooth, making my coffee taste amazing every time. Plus, it’s super easy to make milk foam with my coffee machine.

My go to
Having tried about a dozen brands, this is my go to milk to froth and add to coffee (and hot chocolate). Often on offer making it good value. Not overly sweet and froths extremely well. There are probably better oat milks to add to cereal, but perfectly fine for that too.

Califia Farms Oat Barista Blend: The Oatstanding Performer
This oat drink is the Beyoncé of the plant-based world—it froths, it sings, it steals the show. But does it deserve a standing ovation or a slow clap?**Pros**- **Froth Queen**: This oat milk froths better than your hair in the ’80s. Your lattes will look so good, you might just start charging your friends for coffee.- **Calcium Confetti**: Drink your coffee, strengthen your bones. Now you can carry your grocery bags and your caffeine addiction with pride.- **Planet Pal**: Califia Farms is out here saving the planet one carton at a time—renewable energy, recycled water, the whole superhero shtick.- **Versatile Oat Wizardry**: Whether it’s in coffee, tea, smoothies, or desserts, this oat drink shows up like an overachieving teacher’s pet.- **Purple Packaging?** Not really, but let’s all pretend it's purple because purple makes everything cooler.**Cons**- **Peanut Panic**: “May contain peanuts” is the kind of plot twist nobody asked for—unless you’re into adrenaline with your oat drink.- **Bulk Commitment**: Six cartons. That’s enough to start your own underground oat cartel. (Note: not recommended.)- **Plain Jane on Its Own**: Drinking this solo is fine, but it doesn’t exactly scream “party in a carton.” It’s more like “study group with dry biscuits.”- **Pricey Procrastination**: It’s plant-based, ethical, and trendy, so naturally, your wallet will feel lighter than the foam on your latte.**Final Verdict**The Califia Farms Oat Barista Blend is like that friend who’s really good at everything and also recycles. It’s a frothy, sustainable, and vegan dream for anyone who’s oat-rageously obsessed with their morning coffee ritual. Just maybe clear out some fridge space and prepare your budget.Go forth, froth freely, and enjoy this oatstanding choice!

Same milk as Blank Street.
AMAZING VALUE FOR MONEY. I make matcha at home and this is the SAME milk that Blank Street use. (I know that for a fact as my friend worked there and I have seen them use it. Cheaper than any supermarket. At Tesco or Sainsbury’s it’s about £2.60.I leave it in a cupboard and once opened I put it in the fridge. It tastes amazing I literally can’t drink any other milk.

TASTES SALTY
Since the changing of packaging to me the recipe has changed too, either that or I’ve got a bad batch. I’ve been buying Califia oat barista for a while now but recently my coffee is tasting terrible and I couldn’t put my finger on it, after trying different types of coffee and milks the conclusion is it is the Califia milk, it’s tastes so salty and horrible with an almost chemical taste. Other drinks I’ve made without the milk are fine so it is most definitely the milk. I managed to get a refund from Amazon for the latest case of my subscription which I bought so that was a bonus but looking at other reviews and even on the Califia website I’m certainly not the only unhappy customer. Why do they have to tamper with things? Why fix it when it wasn’t broken?
