Great product for a good price I already had the stocks/pillars on the bath from previous bath taps so the thermostatic taps fitted straight on basically a five minute job and the work great.Highly recommended 🤗

Seems acceptable quality and very reasonably priced!
I have now bought two of these, one for each bathroom. The first one should have been easy to fit as the old shower had 15mm feeds through the shower-wall cladding and I intended to fit a pair of adapter plates which convert from 15mm compression to 3/4" BSP male threads. However the plumber who originally refurbed the bathroom cut the pipes too short to use these so I had to rethink my plan and I almost thought about doing a temporary fix (shower had been broken for 2 weeks) using the angled converter/adaptors supplied in the box. Unfortunately this was a non-starter as the 15mm end of them was slightly undersized with a very rough finish and the copper pipes would not fit! I managed to get a couple of 15mm compression to 3/4" BSP chrome plated adapters (cost me half as much as the shower mixer!) and luckily these have done the trick and the shower is now working well. Why is it that all plumbers these days seem to do a "quick as possible", overpriced and somewhat less than professional job? Not the first time I have found that although the finished job looks cosmetically acceptable when you actually have to replace or repair any part you find a bit of a bodge job behind the scenes with liberal use of silicon everywhere! The other bathroom I also decided to renew as although the mixer was working it was almost impossible to adjust either control as you could not grip the plain, slippery when wet, controls! These new shower mixers have 3 defined recesses on each control so are much easier to turn with wet hands - the main reason I chose this particular type! Luckily this bathroom has 3/4" BSP fixings protruding from the shower-wall so it took me all of 15 minutes to remove the old unit and fit this new one and test - job done! The total cost of the two new mixers plus various fittings is far less than the original cost of either of the two old units which were about 5-6 years old. Even if they only last a couple of years (hopefully) then I will be happy. Time will tell!By the way, talking of cost, the old mixer failed due to the main brass control shaft for controlling the temperature actually shearing off and the quite heavy control knob narrowly missing my wife's foot and luckily not damaging the shower tray! That particular unit cost well in excess of £100 !

Replacement bath/shower tap
Seems to be of a decent quality. Maintains temperature well. Slight drip when the shower is shut off but can only assume it is flow back from the shower hose.

Ok but
Fitted to replace an old tap mixer. Cold inlet had an annoying drip due to a tool mark on the sealing face. 😔. Should have been picked up by Quality Assurance. Managed to get a seal with plumbers mate and file but bit disappointed as rest of mixer looks good.

April Showers
Direct replacement for my old Mixer, the temp goes from Fa Fa Freezing to Ha Ha Hot so it has a good range. No problem fixing it but you will need a big spanner! and my advice is do not use a bad fitting Mole Grip as you will mark the chrome surface. Plenty of extras included like Tape and Adapters to. Another thing of note is that if you have Filter fitted like I do to the Shower hose this will slow the volume coming out of the Shower head, this is a device I use to slow the amount of water coming out of the Head and help s with cutting my water use.

Excellent product and value
Very good shower mixed with clear details of the temperature , it looks more expensive than it is, and it is good quality and good value for money.

Smooth thermal mixing looks really good
This fitted in standard tap openings, and looks spectacular, came complete with washers etc. realy good with a mains fed hot water system, for a really high pressure shower. The hardest part was getting the old taps out and fitting some isolator valves(not included) to the feeds to ease any future problems. Though this feels like a high quality unit.
