Great starter shampoo bowl!
Amazing product for the win. The instruciton is acceptable and my plumber and I took less than 30mins to install it,much more sturdy than it's advertised. I love the comfort of the chair itself too. I could literally take a nap in it.The other best thing I love about it is the height. I’m five foot nothing and the top of the bowl comes to my belly button. Which is perfect height for me. No more having to use a step stool to wash hair.I’m quite pleased and would highly recommend!!!

You will need an extension on your drain hose
The media could not be loaded. I love my new shampoo bowl only thing is you will definitely need an extension for the drain hose

We like it a lot!
It looks fantastic in my home studio. I was impressed with the quality considering the price. I have an amazing husband who knows how to do just about everything. This will require a person like that or a professional plumber. I couldn’t ask for anything better. It works great not a problem at all. We attached it to our wall and hit some pipes in a closet so everything is so seamless. We love it! It definitely gets the job done and the clients are satisfied. That’s the most important.

The drain system is cheap and leaks. Basic plumber knowledge is simple fix but if not, kind of annoying

My clients are loving
Its really confortable laying down to wash the hair, my clients are loving it so much, they all say that is another level of comfort and no one are getting wet and no more pain on the neck. Its excellent and I highly recommend it.

Spend a little more and get a little more
Although the reviews were mixed, I still decided to purchase this bulky item.The bowl is plastic. That's not necessarily a bad thing, but it doesn't look as good as the ceramic shampoo bowls. The plumbing is pretty cheap. It becomes unattached with the slightest bump. The whole unit is a little too small for my larger fellows to lay back on. The foot rest slides around, it's useless. I had to put an actual bench in front of the unit so my customers had somewhere to put their feet. The recline is too far back, making it difficult for my older clients to sit up.Because of all the issues, the shampoo bowl is difficult to use and takes up a lot of space. I wish I had just bought a normal wall mounted sink.
