Soooo comfortable!
Bought to replace the standard Raleigh ones on my new ebike which I found slippery and uncomfortable. Easy to fit and look very smart. But more importantly they are very comfortable as they stop your hand slipping round the handlebars especially when it's very hot and sweaty. The rubberised supports mean the the fleshy part below your wrist has something to rest on which prevents you having to grip so tightly. Perfect!

Awesome grips for flat bar road bike
After having gone through. 6 (six) different grips for my new flat boar road bike these are the ones. These are really nice leather that is not ready to scratch as easily as the brooks ergon grips and they don't slide all over in the rain like the brooks. The main advantages of these vs brooks ergon gp1 leather are1. Packaging is superior, the Brooks grips came covered in dust and marks. This comes with really premium sealed packaging, grips are well preserved,2. leather is clearly superior quality as it is not glossy, and more rugged. Also has smore grip with the imprints or indentations in the leather . I like the little signature accents and the care put into these. Brooks by contrast are presented plain and very sloppy packaging. These are so well presented and love the small details on the leather that comes from London (I think some Vietnamese leather worker based in london?)3. do not slip in the wet, this difference alone should count for everything. The brooks by contrast are glossy and as soon as it rained I was slipping all the time VERY dangerously.4. Looks, this looks much nicer and makes more sense on the bike. Brooks saddles didn't work for me and neither did their impractical grips, the brooks ones made my modern bike look a little too much like riding a horse especially with the end brooks branded bar end/ caps. These grips are discreet but very very cool looking and ooze quality on inspection. Bar end cap just ergon logo very discreet but also good quality. They're very stealth you need to look twice to see a very high quality finish and attention to detail and I prefer that in London.5. Clamps - metal clamps are fantastic and finish my bike. Gives me something rugged to knock into walls and such carrying upstairs. very pleased with the ends and black color look great.6. Ride quality is superb. If you like ergon grips the plastic feeling can only go so far, I don't need gloves when I use these grips and they let my hand breathe when using them while giving a very substantial and supportive grip on my bar. I feel very confident and in control with these grips.Their mechanism makes it great to pair with a bar end on either side clamped, I keep bar ends on the inside of the grip between controls for sprinting and this leather grip gives my hand something to rest on soft when on the bar grips putting down power very happy . Love the premium packaging and the included oil care kit. Perfect for a flat boar road bike but i'd be scared to use them for mountain biking where they'll get damaged fast. Look out drop bar lycra gang i'm coming for you

Very smart
Needed them to stop pain on side of hands -it worked very well. Look good & easy to fit.Only negative is that when you lean the bike with handlebars they are liable to gnarl or scratch.

Easy to fit, very comfortable
Easy to fit, very comfortable. Fitted these myself ( no cycle mechanic!) prior to a cycling holiday in Holland. Found these grips a joy to cycle with being comfortable on both the hands and wrists. Connected well with the gearing with no issues. Expensive but would recommend for the over 60’s cyclist! Hope helpful.
