Just started with this product. The taste was true to flavor. It really did help with those mid-morning cravings. I just added it in my bottle water. So it was really easy to use. Looking to see if it works over time.

I love this supplement and have it almost everyday when I’m at the gym. Great taste and keeps me hydrated. Not sure about curbing the cravings but I still like it and will continue to use it.
