Con leyendo los lecciones y escuchando a las meditaciones noto que sentí mucho tranquilidad. Lo enseñar a nosotros una manera en que puedemos mejorar la vida empezando con su cerebro y sus pensamientos positivos. Este libro es en inglés y tienes que entender esta idioma para ganar el beneficio máximo. No sé si este libro es publicado en español. Debo decir de que este libro he gustado mucho.
